DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring and managing the sales activities of the showroom.
  • Providing training and guidance to beauty advisors, who play a vital role in the operation and health of Herlan Stores.
  • Motivating the beauty advisors to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by guiding employees in effective customer service techniques.
  • Ensuring attractive displays of product and showcase products effectively.
  • Supervise collection, storage and handling of store inventory.
  • Ensuring proper stock levels, and coordinating with the distribution team to maintain a diverse and well-stocked product range.
  • Generating regular reports on retail store performance including sales metrics, customer feedback, and inventory levels in MS Excel and company provided software.

QUALIFICATION:
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must be able to operate the Point of sale (POS).

AGE: 24-45 years old
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Minimum graduate
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years in the relevant field
Or 2 years in leadership position
GENDER: Both Male & Female can apply
