Pricing

The prices on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Items in your shopping will always display the most recent price on the product detail page. Please note that the prices shown on the website are subjected to change at any time. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at the time. Prices may increase or decrease between the time of the order being placed and the time of purchase.

ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের দামগুলি বাংলাদেশী টাকায় নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। শপিং কার্টে আপনার কেনাকাটার আইটেমগুলো সর্বদা পণ্যের সাম্প্রতিক মূল্য প্রদর্শন করবে। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। শপিং কার্টে সংযুক্ত একটি আইটেম সেই সময়ে দেখানো মূল্য সংরক্ষণ করে না। অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় এবং পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সময়ের মধ্যে দামে তারতম্য আসতে পারে।

We are committed to providing the most accurate pricing information at all times to our users; however in the case of an item not displaying the correct pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that a product has been mispriced, we will at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that have been confirmed and your prepayment processed. If there is a case of any such cancellation then our refund policy will apply. Please note that Herlan possesses 100% right on the refund amount. Refund amount is calculated based on the amount the customer paid after deductions such as discount and shipping fee.

আমরা আমাদের গ্রাহকদের নিকট সর্বদা সঠিক মূল্যের তথ্য প্রদান করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ; তবে কোনো আইটেম সঠিক মূল্য প্রদর্শন না করলে, আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান কিংবা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পণ্যের মূল্যে ভুল পরিলক্ষিত হলে, আমরা নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে পরবর্তী নির্দেশনার জন্য আপনাকে অবহিত করব অথবা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করব। আমরা প্রিপেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করা হয়েছে এমন অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। যদি এই ধরনের কোনো ঘটনা ঘটে তাহলে আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন “হারল্যান” রিফান্ডের পরিমাণের উপর পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষন করে। গ্রাহক যেই অর্থ প্রদান করেছেন তা থেকে ডিসকাউন্ট এবং শিপিং ফি এর মতো অন্যান্য ফি বাদ দিয়ে রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ গণনা করা হয়।

Information on the availability of products are all listed on the website. We cannot be more specific about the availability of products beyond what is stated on the website.

পণ্যের ল্ভ্যতা সম্পর্কিত সকল তথ্য ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হয়। আমরা এর বাইরে পণ্যের সহজলভ্যতা সম্পর্কে এর চেয়ে বেশি সুনির্দিষ্ট হতে পারি না।

Delivery timing

Please note that the dispatch estimates are merely estimates. There is no guaranteed dispatch timing and should not be relied on. The delivery of the product might take longer than the given dispatch time. Delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances which includes but not limited to political unrest, political event, national/public holidays,etc

ডেলিভারির সময়

দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে পণ্য প্রেরণের সময়গুলো অনুমান নির্ভর।  পণ্য প্রেরণের জন্য আমাদের কোন সুনিশ্চিত সময় নেই এবং প্রদত্ত সময়ের উপর নির্ভর করা অনুচিত। পণ্যের ডেলিভারি প্রদত্ত সময়ের চেয়ে বেশি সময় নিতে পারে। অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতি যেমন রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, রাজনৈতিক ঘটনা, জাতীয়/সরকারি ছুটির দিন ইত্যাদি কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।

Estimated delivery timing are as follows

Inside Dhaka 2 – 3 working days.

Outside Dhaka 3 – 5 working days.

Order processing

We will inform you via email or SMS if any products turn out to be unavailable during the time of order processing. Please note that there could be cases where the order cannot be processed due to various reasons. Herlan reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional information and verifications before we accept the order.

অর্ডার প্রসেসিং

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় কোনো পণ্য সহজলভ্য না হলে আমরা আপনাকে ইমেল অথবা এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে জানাব। এর বাইরেও এমন কিছু ক্ষেত্রে হতে পারে যখন পণ্য অর্ডারের প্রক্রিয়া করা সম্ভব নয়। “হারল্যান” যেকোন সময় যেকোন কারণে আদেশ বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। অর্ডার গ্রহণ করার আগে আপনাকে অতিরিক্ত তথ্য প্রদান এবং তা যাচাই করতে বলা হতে পারে।

Verification and Validation

To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, Herlan reserves the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the relevant information you shared with us. This verification includes the right to verify the   identity, place of residence, or banking information check. Failure of an answer to the inquiry within a reasonable time will result in the cancellation. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect any fraudulent activity or other reasons without prior notice or any subsequent legal liability.

ক্রেডিট বা ডেবিট কার্ডের প্রতারণা এড়াতে “হারল্যান” পণ্য সরবরাহ করার আগে আপনার অর্থপ্রদানের বিশদ যাচাইকরণ এবং আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য যাচাই করার অধিকার রাখে। এই যাচাইকরণের মধ্যে আছে পরিচয়, বসবাসের স্থান, কিংবা ব্যাংকিং তথ্য নিরীক্ষণ। যৌক্তিক সময়ের মধ্যে উত্তর দিতে ব্যর্থ হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ সন্দেহ হলে আমরা পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি বা পরবর্তী কোনো আইনি দায়বদ্ধতা ছাড়াই একটি অর্ডার সরাসরি বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

Promotional voucher

• Each of the promotional vouchers will be valid for use by a customer only once. Multiple usages by changing identity is illegal.
• Promotional vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for single use only.
• Promotional vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any special promotion.
• Vouchers are only applicable if minimum purchase amount and other conditions are met.
• Herlan reserves the right to vary or terminate the operation of any voucher at any time without notice.
• Herlan is not liable for any financial loss arising from cancellation or withdrawal of vouchers, or any inability of a customer to use a voucher for any reason.
• Vouchers cannot be replaced if expired.

প্রমোশনাল ভাউচার

• প্রতিটি প্রমোশনাল ভাউচার একজন গ্রাহকের জন্য শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে বৈধ হবে। পরিচয় পরিবর্তন করে একাধিক ব্যবহার অবৈধ বলে গণ্য হবে।
• প্রমোশনাল ভাউচারসমূহ ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এবং আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণরুপে নগদ অর্থের বিনিময়ে লেনদেনযোগ্য নয় এবং শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহারের জন্য বৈধ।
• প্রমোশনাল ভাউচার কোনো বিশেষ প্রচারের ব্যবহারের স্বার্থে বৈধ নয়।
• ন্যূনতম ক্রয়ের পরিমাণ এবং অন্যান্য শর্ত পূরণ হলেই ভাউচারগুলি প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• কোনো প্রকার নোটিশ ছাড়াই “হারল্যান” যেকোনো সময়ে যেকোনো ভাউচারের কার্যকলাপ পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
• ভাউচার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাহার থেকে উদ্ভূত কোনো আর্থিক ক্ষতি, বা কোনো কারণে কোনো গ্রাহক ভাউচার ব্যবহারে অক্ষম হলে তার জন্য “হারল্যান স্টোর” দায়ী নয়।
• মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ ভাউচার প্রতিস্থাপন করা যাবে না।

Refund voucher

• Refund vouchers are redeemable on our website, as full or part payment of products from our Website within the given timeline.
• Refund vouchers are not applicable in different accounts.
• Expired vouchers will not be replaced.
• Refund Voucher code can be applied only once. The remaining amount of the Refund Voucher after application, if any, will not be refunded and cannot be used for future purchases even if the value of order is smaller than remaining voucher value.

রিফান্ড ভাউচার

• আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদত্ত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক অর্থপ্রদানের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড ভাউচারগুলি পুনরুদ্ধারযোগ্য।
• ভিন্ন ভিন্ন অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য রিফান্ড ভাউচারগুলো প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ ভাউচারগুলো প্রতিস্থাপনযোগ্য নয়।
• রিফান্ড ভাউচার কোড শুধুমাত্র একবার প্রয়োগ করা যাবে। একবার ব্যবহারের পর রিফান্ড কুপনে অবশিষ্ট অংশ ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এবং ভবিষ্যতে ক্রয়ের জন্যও ব্যবহারযোগ্য নয়, এমনকি যদি অর্ডারের মূল্য অবশিষ্ট কুপনের মূল্যের চেয়ে কম হয়।

Cancellation

Herlan retains the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch of product for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being defective, expired, malfunctioned, mispriced, out of stock, and containing information that may arise from any technical error.

বাতিলকরণ

যেকোনো পণ্যের অর্ডার “হারল্যান” তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে, যার মধ্যে পণ্য যদি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয় অথবা স্টকে না থাকে এবং ভুল মূল্য বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি থেকে উদ্ভূত তথ্য ধারণ করে।

Refund timeline

If an order is canceled, the payment against that particular order will be refunded from 7 to 10 working days, but it may take longer in exceptional cases. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.

রিফান্ড টাইমলাইন

কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করা হলে সেই নির্দিষ্ট অর্ডারের বিপরীতে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে, ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে সময়সীমা আরও বাড়তে পারে। গ্রাহক যদি ক্যাশব্যাক প্রাপ্ত হন তবে তা রিফান্ডের পরিমাণের সাথে সমন্বয় করা হবে।

Return Policy

1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery of the product then you are requested to contact Herlan customer service and raise a return request. Return requests must be raised within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
2. Our return policy does not include a change of mind, does not like the smell,texture, color, design or / and product.
3. The return policy is not valid if the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.

রিটার্ন পলিসি

1. ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ হলে, আপনাকে “হারল্যান” গ্রাহক পরিষেবার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে ফিরতি অনুরোধের আবেদন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। ফিরতি অনুরোধ ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে উত্থাপন করা আবশ্যক।
2. আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি গ্রাহকের ইচ্ছা পরিবর্তন বা পণ্যের গন্ধ, গঠন, রঙ, নকশা বা পণ্য পছন্দ না হওয়া অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে না।
3. পণ্যের সীল ভাঙ্গার পরে অথবা পণ্যটি আপনার জন্য উপযুক্ত না হলে রিটার্ন পলিসি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

Valid reasons for return

1. The delivered product is damaged( i.e. container being physically damaged or broken)
2. The delivered product is incomplete( i.e. has missing items/ accessories)
3. The delivered product is incorrect( i.e. wrong product, size, color or expired)
4. The delivered product does not match the product description or picture

রিটার্ন পলিসি যেসব ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য

1. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ ছিল (অর্থাৎ কন্টেইনার ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভাঙা ছিল)
2. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি অসম্পূর্ণ ছিল (যেমন কোনো আইটেম বা আনুষঙ্গ অনুপস্থিত)
3. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি ভুল হলে (যেমন ভুল রঙ,আকার বা পরিমাণ বা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ)
4. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি ছবির না মিললে

Conditions for return

1. The product must be unused and without any flaws
2. The product must include the original tags, invoice and accessories
3. The product must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage to the manufacturing box. If the product was delivered in Herlan box then the product has to be returned in the Herlan box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturing box.

রিটার্ন পলিসির শর্ত

1. পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত ও ত্রুটিমুক্ত হতে হবে
2. পণ্যটির সাথে সংযুক্ত ট্যাগ, ইন-ভয়েস এবং অনুষঙ্গ থাকা আবশ্যক
3. যদি পণ্যের বিবরণ বা ছবির সাথে ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি না মিলে

Note: You have to indicate your Order number and Tracking number on your return package to avoid inconvenience or delay in your return process.

দ্রষ্টব্য: আপনার রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়ায় অসুবিধা বা বিলম্ব এড়াতে, আপনার রিটার্ন প্যাকেজে অর্ডার নম্বর এবং ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর নির্দেশিত করতে হবে।

Taxes

You shall be responsible for fees/costs/charges associated with the payment from the Site and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per prevailing law.
