    Use both together for best results, moisturizer hydrates and protects your skin barrier, while sunscreen protects from UV damage, so they do different but equally important jobs, If you use Nior Ultra Hydrating Moisturizer SPF 40 PA++++ You don't need to use sunscreen if you don't need extreme sun protection.
